Q: What happens if I misplace my picture day envelope or if more envelopes are needed?
A: See your coach or director for more envelopes. If none are available please contact Colorgraphics. Please note the photographer will also have additional envelopes available at the picture day.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment in required on the picture day.
Q: Can I pay after picture day is over?
A: No. Your purchases must be pre-paid for on the picture day. Payment is to be included inside the picture day envelope.
Q: How can I pay for my photos?
A: Acceptable means of payments are cash, check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex).
Q: Can I pay for more than one order with one check?

Q: What if I do not have the correct change on the picture day?
A: Our photographers are unable to make change on the picture day. If you do not have the correct amount for your purchase, please check the Overpaid-send change $1.00 or more box located on the front of the envelope. Q: What if the photos are not what I ordered or I receive a note from you?
Q: What if I’m unhappy with my photos?
A: We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Colorgraphics has a complete money back guarantee on all of your purchases. You may return all or any part of your order for a full or partial refund. All refund requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of your purchases. You will need to mail back your purchases to receive your. Be sure to include the program's name with your photos. Please email or call our Customer Service Department at 800-621-6261 with any questions.
Q: What if a photo is damaged?

A: You can reorder pictures at any time. Reorder prices will not be the same as those offered on the picture day.Please click here for instructions on reordering photos.
Q: How long do you keep the images on file?
A: Colorgraphics keeps all of the images on file forever. This service is provided at no charge.
Q: What is the “photo identification search” fee?
A: The “photo identification search” fee is the cost associated to locating your images. This fee only applies only when you are reordering photos and you do not have the Colorgraphics photo numbers (located on the back of your prints). Colorgraphics “photo identification search” fee is $15.00 per image.
Q: How do I get my photos?
A: We have two mailing options for you to consider:
1. The individual purchases are mailed to the parent's home.
2. The individual purchases are bundled by team and shipped to your league contact person for distribution.

A: No. Colorgraphics does not have an on-site studio available.

A: Please inform the photographer on the picture day and he or she will provide you with more information.
